Water
The city of Los Cabos obtains most of its water from the desalination factory which doesn’t process enough water to supply the entire city simultaneously, so it provides water by zones returning to supply water almost every 2 week!

In each condo, our guests must:

Take short showers

Do not leave running water without use

Don't run the washing machine with little clothes
Electricity
The city is known to experience some power outages during high usage times for example during the summer, while almost every home & business uses A/C

Turn off the lights and the air conditioning when you leave

Do not run the air-conditioning with the doors open

At the check out turn off any lights or appliances at the departure.
Recycling
We recycle the waste from our properties. IWe look for our guests to support us keeping separate form garbage the following items that include but are not limited to:
